The name of this site, and also the name I'm using was partially
inspired by my crocheted Baby Plum plushie! I don't play that much tboi anymore
but it's still my favorite character! It's so cute and adorable!

This site was made for multiple reasons, and one of them is the fact that social media platforms just SUCK nowadays.(I don't know how it was before this point) Neocities and the indie web is very cool, and I wanted to be part of it.
This is a place where I can post my art and talk about whatever I want without the constant annoyance of gen-ai and annoying individuals. This, that I get to do this is very important and precious to me.
I grew up watching nightcore, and I believe the human race failed when we started calling it "sped up ver./tik tok ver."
I started drawing by replicating the drawings I'd see on nightcore and speedpaint videos. I would get really frustrated whenever I made the tiniest mistake, but I kept going, so I'm at a stage that I sometimes draw stuff that I end up liking.
Fuck anyone who says AI makes it easier for begginers. Pick up a pencil and start drawing. I have no respect for people that use generative AI, or support it. If art is your hobby, just like any hobby out there, you need to make time for it and learn about it and try new things, no one becomes a master of their craft overnight.
